Responsibilities
Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
Work Order & Maintenance Coordination
Tenant & Owner Relations
Rent Collection & 3-Day notices
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
Familiarity with
AppFolio
or other property management software is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
Compensation $40,000 annually
