Make a lasting impact with NIVA Health We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Referral Development Representative to help expand access to our advanced wound care services in the Palm Coast area. If you're experienced in healthcare sales and thrive in a field-based role where your results matter — this is your next career move.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups

Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals

Execute weekly/monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory

Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations

Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress

What You Bring:

2–3 years of successful healthcare sales experience

(home health, hospice, or wound care)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Proficiency in Outlook and CRM software

Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance

Bachelor’s degree preferred
