Position: Account Manager
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Account Manager. The role includes communication, design, and sales support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. Design experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, can work independently, are well organized, and can follow instructions. The position is based in a Grand Rapids design showroom.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage customer experience through Kitchen and Bathroom sale and installation
Meet with customers in the showroom to finalize design selections
Manage incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up
Assist customers in the showroom and sell as needed
Help generate marketing and social media content
Work effectively with cross‑functional teams of marketing, sales, and operations
Update and track sales pipeline
Support Sales Representatives throughout Kitchen or Bath sales
Collect before and after pictures and submit to customer file
Maintain central job filing system
Perform job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system
Maintain all leads in the computer mailing list program
Maintain adequate levels of literature inventory and keep literature holders stocked
Prepare monthly sales performance reports
Help host seminars, showroom events, sales events, or training programs as needed
Product and sample ordering
Manage production and installation schedule with customers
Perform any other duties as required
