Division Showroom Sales Leader –
is responsible for the strategic leadership, revenue growth, and operational performance of multiple kitchen and bath showrooms across the division. This role oversees multiple Kitchen and Bathroom showrooms and leads showroom managers and sales teams to deliver exceptional financial results, customer experience, and market growth. This position sets the vision and direction for showroom sales, builder/designer engagement, and retail strategy while ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgets, and brand standards. Position Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for five kitchen and bath showrooms, each generating significant annual revenue. Directly manage and develop showroom managers and senior sales leaders, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across locations. Establish and manage divisional sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics; monitor results and implement corrective action plans as needed. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion across all showroom locations. Develop and execute divisional sales strategies focused on builders, remodelers, designers, and retail customers. Standardize best practices for showroom operations, customer experience, sales processes, and merchandising across all locations. Partner with marketing leadership to develop and execute divisional marketing, promotional, and branding initiatives. Oversee pricing, discounting, and profitability strategies to ensure financial targets are achieved. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, and vendor partners to support showroom success. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and risks. Lead talent development initiatives including recruiting, coaching, succession planning, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards. Nature and Scope
Senior leadership role with full accountability for divisional showroom sales performance. Responsible for defining annual and monthly sales objectives for all showroom locations. Works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to align divisional strategy with corporate goals. Knowledge and Skills
Proven executive-level sales leadership and multi-location management experience. Deep understanding of kitchen and bathroom showroom sales, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and design-driven selling. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage large budgets and P&L performance. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills. Strategic planning and execution capability with a results-oriented mindset. Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM, ERP, and showroom design software experience preferred. Experience
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in kitchen & bath, building materials, home improvement, or design-focused industries. 5+ years managing multiple locations or a division with multimillion-dollar revenue responsibility.
