What You’ll Do
Lead your team: supervise a staff of two or more maintenance professionals.
Perform efficient and high-quality apartment turns to get units ready for our next residents.
Use your skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure everyone is satisfied and informed.
Manage inventory control, purchasing, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Oversee multi‑family inspections, quality assurance (QA), and reporting.
Participate in the rotating on‑call schedule to respond to urgent issues and keep the community running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
At least two years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor overseeing staff, and a minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance installation & repair, and apartment turns.
Valid HVAC Universal – Section 608 certification.
Experience with Excel and other relevant management software.
Strong team‑player mindset; collaborative.
Clean criminal background and drug‑screen clearance.
Availability to be on call on a rotating basis.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation: starting at $32 per hour (DOE).
