Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) – Denver, CO
Maintain tenant and vendor relations.
Manage preventative maintenance contracts and property inspection reports.
Knowledge of insurance policies.
Work with AP/AR on invoicing and payments.
Must have a strong working knowledge and application of NNN leases.
Prepare monthly variance reports and budgets.
Manages capital projects for portfolio.
5 years of commercial and/or retail property management work experience.
Yardi- Preferred, not required.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing skills.
Prior commercial real estate experience a must.
General knowledge of landscaping, asphalt and concrete, roof replacement, HVAC systems and electrical systems.
