
Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) – Kansas City, MO
Maintain tenant relations.
Oversee preventative maintenance and expectations.
Knowledge of liability insurance and understanding claim management.
Review portfolio invoices and work closely with Accounting team.
Develop and maintain excellent Vendors relations.
Must have a strong knowledge of NNN leases, ground leases, CC&R’s, Easement and Access agreements.
Prepare annual property budget and monitor expenses.
Prepare monthly variance reports.
Have working knowledge of CAM reconciliations.
Manages capital projects for portfolio.
5 years of commercial and/or retail property management work experience.
Yardi experience preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing skills
Must be computer literate using Microsoft Office 365, smart phones, and GPS.
Must be able to prepare realistic budgets and understand basic math concepts.
Prior commercial real estate experience a must. Should have general knowledge of landscaping, asphalt and concrete, roof maintenance and replacements, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Comp $80-85K
