General Responsibilities The Account Executive – New Business Development is responsible for building and growing ORI’s presence in the Bowling Green region, with a focus on corporate and healthcare clients. This role is highly relational and consultative, combining business development strategy with deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker, a solution-oriented thinker, and a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development within corporate and healthcare sectors Develop partnerships with key influencers, including commercial real estate professionals Represent ORI in the local business community through networking and events Collaborate with ORI’s design team to recommend solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives Stay current on workplace trends, products, and services through continuous learning and development Use ORI’s CRM platform for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning Skills and Qualifications

Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent internal and external communication abilities Ability to address issues constructively and work toward KPI progress Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills Proven ability to build relationships with clients and key industry influencers Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering results Active participation in the local community and professional leadership networks Ability to differentiate ORI and win business from competitors Willingness to share industry insights and continuously learn Products and Services
