Role As part of the Professional Services management team, you are in charge of overseeing the implementation of Ivalua’s solution for a portfolio of mid‑size projects. You manage a team of 4–8 Implementation Specialists and Implementation Leads, ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and partner support. You also contribute to the implementation by applying functional and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Secure ARR and gross margin on services and guarantee successful project execution
Manage the customer‑executive relationship, including risks and escalations
Provide necessary support to partners and enforce project governance for partner prime projects
Empower and grow the team, providing operational support and best‑practice guidance on business and Ivalua’s solution
Define and enforce operational processes
Contracting, staffing, and billing
Expected travel: 40% (varies by project)
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
10+ years’ experience in software implementation, including leadership roles responsible for customer relationships, implementation teams, and successful project delivery is a must
Willing to develop product expertise to guide the Implementation team, with a proven track record in previous roles
Procurement experience a nice‑to‑have
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
BS/BA degree in Procurement, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
Soft Skills:
Client‑oriented problem solver
High emotional intelligence & communication skills
Curious and eager to develop expertise about Ivalua’s product
Ability to work within a multicultural environment
