**Qualification:** MBA/PGDBA – Marketing (B.Tech/Diploma – Preferred) **Job Summary:**We are lookingfor a dynamic and result-driven **Sales Manager** with proven experience inthe **lighting industry**, focused on **B2B** and **OEM sales**. Theideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-termbusiness relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targetsacross OEM and institutional clients. **Key Responsibilities:**·
DriveB2B and OEM sales for lighting products and solutions.·
Identify,develop, and manage new business opportunities with OEMs, corporate clients,and institutional buyers.·
Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners and channelcustomers.·
Developand implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.·
Prepareand deliver effective sales presentations and technical proposals to clients.·
Understandclient requirements and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production,logistics) for seamless execution.·
Trackcompetitor activities and market trends to identify new growth areas.·
Ensuretimely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction.·
Meet orexceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.·
Maintaindetailed and accurate records of sales activities through CRM tools. **Required Skills & Experience:**·
**Provensales experience (5–7 years) in the lighting industry is a must.**·
Strongnetwork of OEM or B2B clients in the lighting/electrical domain.·
Excellentnegotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.·
Strongtechnical understanding of lighting products and applications.·
Self-motivated,target-oriented, and able to work independently.·
Proficientin MS Office and CRM software. **Educational Qualification:**·
