Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end design projects, collaborating with the project team to ensure smooth delivery and mitigate risks
Ensure all design work aligns with product specifications, project targets, and company goals.
Stay updated on industry technology and provide site commissioning support to enhance project outcomes
Prioritise tasks effectively, making informed decisions to resolve issues and maintain progress
Support the design team with scheduling, collaboration, and efficient workload management
Requirements
A motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience
Proficient in computer‑aided design programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, PDF‑XChange Editor, and lighting calculation software such as DIALux Evo
Proven design experience
Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Ability to work autonomously, self‑manage projects, and a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude
Strong decision‑making and time management skills
Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement, and take initiative
