Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Director will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth to exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies, creating and delivering presentations to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to lead and mentor effectively. Candidates should have significant experience selling SaaS/AI tools for marketing and/or eCommerce advertising.

Ability to analyze market trends, generate insights, and develop innovative sales strategies

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms

Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and performance management

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
