Proven track record of successful user growth initiatives, particularly in retention and conversion Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with more than 3 years in senior user growth roles in transaction‑based sectors Experience leading growth projects and campaigns using systematic frameworks In‑depth understanding of operational methodologies like A/B testing and funnel analysis Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
