Responsibilities Content Strategy & Technical Writing Internal Communications: Drafting and design of engaging copy for Ferrotec newsletters and other internal communications, ensuring clear dissemination of company updates and insights when published across internal channels like the company Intranet. Digital Content & Execution: Develop and write email newsletters, blog posts, and web copy. Incorporate SEO best practices to improve organic visibility. Content Generation: Author, edit, and format technical content for critical sales materials, including detailed product datasheets, presentations, application notes, white paper summaries, and product descriptions, often gathering information from internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Collateral Management: Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring all marketing templates, brand elements, and finished materials are easily accessible and up-to-date. Social Media Management & Analytics: Execute regular posting across Ferrotec's active social media platforms. This includes creating the monthly Social Media Content Calendar and authoring accompanying social media copy. Engage with and moderate the social media community by responding to comments and messages, and compile, analyze, and report on social media data and key marketing metrics for continuous improvement. Graphic Design & Brand Management Design Execution: Design and produce graphic assets for marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and social media posts, ensuring all visuals are optimized for each platform. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications. 2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing, MarComm, or similar content/design execution role, preferably within a B2B or technical industry. Graphic Design Proficiency: Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or other relevant professional design software, demonstrated by a portfolio of diverse marketing collateral (long‑form documents, advertising, digital graphics). Technical Content Creation: Strong experience in writing and editing clear, concise, and technically accurate content for industrial or engineering materials (e.g., datasheets, application notes). Social Media Execution & Analytics: Proven ability to manage content posting, scheduling, community engagement, and basic performance analysis on professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Technical Translation: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable and visually impactful materials for both specialized and general audiences. Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles for both digital and high‑quality print production. Project Management: Highly organized and meticulous, adept at managing multiple competing design and content projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Preferred Results-driven with a proven track record in creating materials that directly support and enhance sales/marketing objectives. Familiarity with SEO best practices for digital content creation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, thriving in an environment that requires creative problem‑solving. Experience meeting with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and occasionally external stakeholders to gather necessary information for content development.
