Mercier Consultancy MD is providing an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for Streaming Services, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support in the streaming industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries while communicating effectively in German. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscription details, and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide information on content availability, pricing plans, and service features. Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and subscription modifications. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Work in collaboration with technical teams to address any technical issues customers may face. Stay updated on the latest film and television trends to better assist customers with their viewing preferences. Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a remote work environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer proficiency.
