Our client is seeking

Helpdesk Technicians

to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a solid customer service background who enjoy troubleshooting and supporting users from diverse backgrounds. Healthcare experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge and backgrounds

Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure user satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous Helpdesk experience, preferably Tier 1 support

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience in the healthcare industry is a major plus
