Overview
Our client is seeking Tier 1 Helpdesk Analysts to join their team in support of a Healthcare EMR/Infrastructure project at their Granger, IN location. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong customer service background who enjoy troubleshooting and supporting users from diverse backgrounds. Healthcare experience is a strong plus but not required. These analysts will serve as the first point of contact for end users, ensuring issues are accurately captured, triaged, and routed to the appropriate resolution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to end users during the EMR/Infrastructure go-live
Answer inbound calls and assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently
Accurately document issues and requests within the intake/ticketing system
Triage and route tickets to the appropriate application, infrastructure, or technical support teams
Coordinate closely with onsite internal support staff to facilitate timely issue resolution
Qualifications
Previous Helpdesk experience at a Tier 1 level support
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an onsite go-live environment
Healthcare IT or hospital experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory

This role is fully onsite in Granger, IN
This is an intake, triage, and coordination role; analysts are not expected to resolve complex technical issues
Contract Duration: 2 weeks, with possibility for extension
Shift: 24/7 support need (day and night shifts), 12 hour shifts
Location: Granger, IN - Onsite
