Are you a people person with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? The Nelson, a premier community in Nashville, is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our high-performing, resident-focused team!
What You’ll Do
Touring and leasing apartments
Processing applications and rental documents
Maintaining accurate resident records
Promoting the community through outreach and social media
Keeping model units and common areas show‑ready
Supporting a strong resident retention program
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of leasing experience preferred.
Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality skills required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and social platforms
Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be available to work Saturdays
