What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred – we will train the right candidate
Background in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct property tours
Explain leasing terms and complete lease documents
Manage resident communications and maintain accurate records
Prepare and maintain model units and vacant apartments
Support marketing efforts and build local partnerships
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
