About The Role We're seeking a skilled Ads Campaign Manager to help us develop, execute, and optimize Valatam's online paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role will focus on generating high-quality leads (form fills and booked calls) and driving brand visibility among business owners and executives in North America & Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure performance and ROI Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with our design team for creative assets Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting and segmentation Research and define target audiences and key segments based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Analyze campaign data and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
English (C1/C2) and Spanish 3+ years of marketing experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Experience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
