Responsibilities
Oversee high-volume Toyota/Lexus Service Department daily operations, lead and manage a team of technicians, ensure auto repairs are performed correctly, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage and prioritize Service Department workflow.
Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Lead, train and mentor technicians.
Ensure safety regulation compliance is followed.
Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
5+ years of Toyota/Lexus repair experience.
ASE Master Certification required.
A team builder with strong leadership and communication skills.
