Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work part or full‑time. You will be responsible for baking, delivering, and taking orders for pizzas during the day and night. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth from customer service rep to management or franchise ownership. Key Responsibilities

Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily; keep kitchen area and equipment sanitary and remove garbage when necessary. Assist with Dining Room service when needed, e.g., readying customers’ orders. Training & Communication

Orientation and on‑the‑job training is provided. Essential Functions & Skills

Basic verbal, writing, and communication skills to comprehend, give, and receive instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly and accurately. Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands, and operate cutting instruments and dough‑making machines accurately and quickly. Prepare food items as requested. Set up and run the dishwashing operation, keeping the dishwasher clean and free of debris. Maintain all necessary temperature, sanitation equipment, and cleaning logs. Ensure the hand sink is clean and stocked (e.g., replace paper towel, hand‑soap). Work Conditions

Varied and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F (and above) in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensory & Physical Requirements

Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older. Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, pull and reach exceptions as described in the physical requirements section. Physical Requirements

Standing: Mostly standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 72". Walking: Short distances for short durations. Sitting: Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb; cases stacked up to 72". Carrying: Large cans (3 lb, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (3 per tray, ~12 lb). Pushing: Trays on dollies up to 30" requiring a push force of up to 7.5 lb. Pulling: Trays may also be pulled. Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder for maintenance. Stooping/Bending: Required at pizza assembly station and front counter; 30‑45 s per action, repeated continuously during the day. Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching: Up to 72" for oven controls or price sign changes; downwards for scooping cornmeal; forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones. Hand Tasks: Frequent use of hands and forearms; manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard boxes. Seniority Level
