Job Description Domino’s Pizza is looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives with personality and people skills.

This role offers flexible schedules – part or full time – to accommodate school, social life, or a second job for extra cash.

Key Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare products.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Communication Skills

Understand and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

Perform accurate and quick math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator may be used.

Make correct monetary change.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.

Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking – For short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile or bricks with linoleum; work surfaces height 36" to 48".

Sitting – Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting – Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) unloaded by hand truck; cases may be stacked up to 72" high.

Carrying – Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz); occasional pizza sauce (≈30 lb); trays of dough (≈12 lb per tray) carried three at a time.

Pushing – Move trays on dollies (≈7.5 lb force).

Climbing – Infrequent stairs or ladder use for maintenance.

Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at waist necessary at assembly station; periodic kneeling at front counter and stocking.

Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching – Continuous up, down, and forward reaching; above 72" to operate oven controls or lift/lower objects.

Hand Tasks – Continuous use of hands; frequent forearm and wrist movement for shaping dough; manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching in box assembly.

Machines/Tools – Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
