Job Description
Provide legal counsel on corporate real estate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate.
Advise clients on compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Perform due diligence and identify potential legal risks in real estate deals.
Assist in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in corporate real estate.
Support business development efforts by providing legal insights and strategies.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admittance to the New York State Bar.
Strong knowledge of corporate real estate transactions and related legal frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
