Job Description
Provide legal support on a range of corporate and capital markets transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
Advise clients on securities law compliance and regulatory matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments for transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets.
Support the team in client development and relationship management initiatives.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services to clients.

The Successful Applicant A successful Associate - Corporate - Capital Markets should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar.
Strong knowledge of corporate and capital markets law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
