Step Ahead ABA
Outreach Specialist (Part‑Time)
Step Ahead ABA is seeking a local, community‑focused Outreach Specialist to strengthen provider relationships, promote our autism services, and support our referral pipeline.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Essential Functions
Conduct in‑person visits to pediatrician offices, schools, diagnostic clinics, and local events to promote Step Ahead ABA services.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources in the assigned region.
Represent Step Ahead ABA at health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.
Distribute branded materials and collect contact information to support follow‑up efforts.
Log outreach activities and insights using designated tracking tools or CRM systems.
Report regularly to the Outreach & Marketing Manager on progress and local needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach materials to local audiences.
Maintain a consistent and professional presence in the community to support visibility and trust.
Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to represent the brand in a professional, positive manner.
Familiarity with community resources and providers in the region preferred.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in outreach and community engagement.
ABA or health‑care related fields preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands This role is field‑based and requires regular travel throughout the assigned region. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to work flexible hours. Physical demands include prolonged sitting at a desk, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequent walking, occasional standing, and the ability to drive locally between multiple locations.
