Responsibilities
Support members with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide them through loan and credit card applications.
Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies.
Educate members on our full suite of products and services.
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
Assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
