Bank Teller – Contract to Hire

What You’ll Do
Support Members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
Solve Problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
Be a Financial Guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
Ensure Accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
Collaborate & Lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
Stay Compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
Branch Operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Pay and Benefits Pay range $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
