As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels, and that all equipment functions properly while providing excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Service vehicles with bug spray, guiding them into the wash tunnel.
Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, minor landscaping) as directed by leadership.
Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience.
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
Qualifications
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.
Schedule: Ability to work flexible full‑time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors.
Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain and wind.
Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles.
Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Fast‑Paced: High pace especially during peak hours.
Physical Activity
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Manual tasks and operating equipment.
Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.
