Job Summary Kerford Limestone is looking for a high performing, results‑oriented Parts Runner to support our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, hard worker, and reliable. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. This is a non‑union position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drives company provided truck to pick up parts orders in Omaha, Lincoln, and other places in Nebraska, as needed, and occasionally travel to nearby states for breakdowns.
Delivers and unloads parts and supplies around job site.
Hauls materials with flatbed trailer pulled behind truck (non‑CDL).
Assists with maintaining shop inventory and handle paperwork as needed.
Delivers large water bottles to water coolers around the job site.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities None
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) helpful but not required.
Experience working in a mining, shop, or construction setting.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license
Other Skills and Abilities
Must have a good driving record.
Must be able to tow a trailer and back trailer into tight spots.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and/or move up to 60 pounds.
