We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an
on‑call rotation 1 week every 8 weeks
Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
$20.00/Hour
Annual salary increases up to 5%
Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs
Retirement planning via a robust 401k package inclusive of a 3% match
Blue Cross Medical Insurance at only $45 monthly (individual coverage)
Complimentary Life and Dental Insurance packages
Optional Vision and Disability Insurance available
Enjoyment of nine paid holidays annually
