Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks) Snow removal when needed What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe Pride in doing things right the first time Compensation & Benefits
$21 to $23/Hour DOE Annual salary increases up to 5% Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs Holiday coverage bonuses 401(k) with a 3% match Blue Cross Medical Insurance at $45 monthly (individual) Life and Dental Insurance packages; Optional Vision and Disability Insurance Nine paid holidays annually Paid Time Off accrual beginning with 80 hours in the first year 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply) Yearly tool reimbursement up to $500 Annual allowances toward work boots and pants Additional Information
