Job Description Domino’s Pizza is looking for Customer Service Representatives ready to serve customers with a friendly attitude and strong people skills. The role includes customer interaction, order taking, inventory management and store maintenance. Part or full‑time schedules are available to fit your lifestyle.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Domino’s image standards.

Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.

Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete related paperwork.

Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.

Process telephone orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and handle correct monetary change.

Use computer keyboard, touch‑screen, and foot‑paddle for order entry.

Assist with general store operations such as opening/closing, cleaning, and inventory.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Ability to work from a standing position for the majority of shift; must be comfortable walking, standing, crouching, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.

Ready to work part or full‑time, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

Stand for most of shift; walk on ceramic tile/linoleum surfaces ranging from 36" to 42".

Lift and stack up to 50 lb of product and supplies.

Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs.

Hand‑eye coordination for shaping dough, using pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
