Real Estate Acquisitions Agent . As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be part of HomeVestors Partners of America, a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management. The role focuses on engaging with motivated sellers, negotiating and closing property acquisitions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers, provide tailored solutions.
Acquisitions: Directly involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.
Lead Generation & Networking: Cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network, manage leads and follow up to close deals.
Negotiation & Closing: Use strong negotiation skills to create win‑win deals and close transactions promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; manage and collaborate with junior members.
Site Visits & Client Meetings: Travel to properties to conduct assessments and meet clients for detailed discussions on values, repairs, and offers.
Qualifications
4‑10 years in sales or business development.
Real Estate License required or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
Entrepreneurial drive; self‑motivated, competitive, results‑driven.
Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, and client‑service skills.
Strong time‑management and organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Accountability & integrity: take ownership of work and results.
Technology proficiency: comfortable using CRM software, digital tools for communication and organization.
Flexibility: willing to work during business hours and evenings/weekends to meet clients.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Travel: 10% or as necessary. The job requires driving to various properties for site visits. Regularly sit and use hands to handle, touch, or feel objects, tools, or controls; frequently talk and hear. Moderate noise level. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. May encounter low temperatures, high temperatures, precipitation, and wind.
