Real Estate Acquisitions Agent
to join its team. The role is located at
HomeVestors Partners of America , a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties. The position is highly entrepreneurial, offers clear goals, and includes performance incentives.

Responsibilities
Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers; provide superior client service tailored to client needs.
Engage in acquisitions: make offers based on market trends, oversee the transaction process, and purchase homes directly.
Generate and nurture leads through networking, maintain a lead database, and follow up to close deals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win‑win outcomes for both seller and company.
Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; manage junior team members as needed.
Travel to properties for assessments and client meetings to evaluate property values, repairs, and offers.
Qualifications
4–10 years of experience in sales or business development.
Real‑estate license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
Self‑motivated, competitive, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
Strong time‑management and organizational abilities; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High integrity and accountability; ownership of work and results.
Proficient with CRM software and comfortable using digital tools for communication and organization.
Flexibility to work during business hours and evenings or weekends as required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Travel is required at approximately 10% of the time. The role involves driving to properties, frequent sitting, use of hands for tools and controls, moderate noise levels, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 20 pounds. The incumbent may encounter low temperatures, high temperatures, precipitation and wind, and may be required to handle tight or enclosed spaces.
