We’re looking for a skilled
Tool and Die Maker
to join our manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges that help power our production line. If you’re a problem solver who enjoys precision work and working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan and fabricate dies, tools, and assemblies.
Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machining equipment.
Assemble, modify, and repair tools, gauges, jigs, and dies.
Verify part accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Troubleshoot tool performance issues and perform maintenance and manual operation of progressive dies.
Recommend design improvements based on function and construction of existing tooling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards.
Support production teams by designing work aids like templates and jigs.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of experience in tool and die making.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret dimensions and tolerances.
Skilled in using a variety of machine and hand tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, precision measuring instruments, and basic trigonometry.
Associates degree or vocational certification in a related field is a plus.
