A growing organization in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Generalist
to support core people operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for a well‑rounded HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, systems, and data‑driven support.
What You’ll Do
Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Manage employee relations and performance management processes
Administer leaves of absence and accommodations (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Maintain HR policies, documentation and employee records
Manage employee data in the HRIS (Workday preferred)
Partner with leaders on onboarding, engagement and retention
Review HR data and reports to support decision making
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Experience with employee relations, performance management and LOA administration
Strong HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
Comfortable working in Excel and interpreting HR data
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment regulations
