Base Pay Range $50,001.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host a minimum of two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
Attend weekly group coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
Real estate license
Strong knowledge of local market and property values
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Skilled in real estate CRM and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and in teams
Client-focused with strong customer service
Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
