Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Part‑time Customer Service Representative to accelerate our growth.
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish‑speaking required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Receptive to constructive feedback
GED or high school diploma
Duties
Manage customer accounts
Respond to inquiries and complaints
Resolve customer issues via call and email requests
Track orders
Communicate with customers and carriers
Create replacement/Manual orders
Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus
Spanish‑speaking required
Schedule
Monday – Friday, day shift
15 – 20 hours per week
