In House Marketing Representative
Responsibilities
Promote the booking of eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or sell a vacation package to HGV resort.
Respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Services based on HGV Values.
Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the team member is capable of performing.
Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
Complete required paperwork accurately and enter disposition in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
Provide location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
Maintain established Minimum Performance Standard on a monthly basis.
Review production reports and advise MOD in writing of any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
Contact all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.
Provide information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience.
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
Must be highly driven and a self-starter.
Detailed understanding of local area.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
