Essential Functions Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

High School Diploma/GED.

Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.

Retail store management or relevant management experience.

Experience motivating team to accomplish goals.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.

Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.

Flexible schedule to meet availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements And/or Environment

Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.

Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and operate repetitive lifting.

Mobility on sales floor for extended periods.

Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures.

Team player with positive attitude and communication skills.

Mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.

Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
