Job Description

Participates in committees reviewing evidence-based medicine, Epic Willow optimization, and clinical analytics for pharmacy practice governance.

Establishes and maintains the Clinical Pharmacy Governance Structure for effective communication and collaboration.

Coordinates and oversees clinical pharmacy practice improvements among leadership to align with financial targets.

Leads clinical pharmacy practices, activities, and initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services and Medical Directors.

Leads pharmacy departments, operational programs, and clinical pharmacy practice improvement strategies to align with organizational and medical staff goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Doctorate (Required), Master'sPharmacy Consultant (CPh) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $138,879.28 - $258,301.75
