Job Description DOMINO’S PIZZA CSR
The main requirements for this role are a positive personality and a clear, highly energetic voice. Customer representatives will speak with customers throughout their shift and must handle a variety of customer‑related issues, including product details, services, charges, and other important information. A strong knowledge of Domino’s menu and services is essential.
Wage : $9.25 per hour
Physical Requirements
Standing: Perform tasks in a standing position; walk on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces with work surfaces between 36" and 48".
Walking: Short distances for short durations.
Sitting: Complete paperwork at a desk or table in an office setting.
Lifting: Handle bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) using a hand truck; lift cases onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying: Transport goods such as large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), and stacks of dough (≈12 lb per tray).
Pushing & pulling: Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force; pull or push trays up to 30" in length.
Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bend at the waist for 30–45 seconds continuously during the day; perform bending at assembly stations and stocking areas.
Crouching/Squatting: Occasional stocking and cleaning of low areas.
Reaching: Reach up to 72" or above for oven controls, sign changes, shelving, and during front‑counter tasks.
Hand Tasks: Continuous eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist forceful use for dough shaping, pizza peel and cutter handling, cardboard box assembly, and grasping of cans, phone, cutter, and pizza peel.
Equipment: Use of pencils, pens, computer, telephone, calculator, and TDD equipment.
