As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, using the AEO Selling Model. You will educate guests on product details, introduce the AEO loyalty program, and provide excellent service across all zones – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Your Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a friends-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist your team in getting the job done and maintain a team-first attitude. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role

Love interacting with people. Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
