Job Description
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, using the AEO Selling Model. You will educate guests on product details, introduce the AEO loyalty program, and provide excellent service across all zones – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a friends-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist your team in getting the job done and maintain a team-first attitude. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role
Love interacting with people. Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Prior retail experience preferred. At least 16 years of age. Our Brand Ambassadors Love AEO Because
