Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Specialist resident in the US Northeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying client needs across the Germany region. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, providing technical support, preparing sales proposals, and delivering product demonstrations. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales objectives.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Technical Sales, Sales, and strategies for driving revenue growth

Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage clients effectively

Experience providing Technical Support and explaining technical solutions to various audiences

Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field is a plus

Familiarity with sequencing technologies is preferred

Preferred location: New York City metro area (or nearby)

Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
