Compensation & Benefits
Earn an average of $1,000–$1,350 per week with a base pay of $14.00/hr and uncapped commission
Uncapped commissions and next‑day pay via Daily Pay

Key Responsibilities
Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers
Help customers lower energy costs in the community
Identify needs and handle objections
Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
Collaborate to achieve sales goals and celebrate wins
No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience in retail, event sales, or event marketing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and event setup/teardown
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
