Key Responsibilities
Deliver product knowledge and account support to customers, both internal and external, in a courteous and proactive manner.
Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes.
Answer calls promptly and courteously; respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Enter customer orders into SAP daily; run the ZOTCM report each day.
Maintain knowledge of products, technical information, and alternate options based on cost, availability, and customer requirements.
Educate customers on terminology, features, and benefits to enhance satisfaction and sales.
Manage assigned distributor accounts and monitor ship dates for on‑time delivery.
Follow all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of internal and/or external customer service or related administration experience.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficiency with PCs, data‑entry terminals, and office software.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience (preferred).
Google platform experience.
Experience in a fast‑paced order‑entry center.
Good understanding of SAP (preferred).
