Job Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every customer who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of our products, passionate about building brand loyalty, and represent our company values while bringing your real self to work.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a “friends first” mindset and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.

Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.

Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.

Adapt to any zone—salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room, stockroom—as needed.

Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.

Assist teammates and collaborate to get the job done.

Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

Qualifications

Love interacting with people.

Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays when guests shop.

Enjoy AE and Aerie products.

Have prior retail experience.

At least 16 years of age.

Pay & Benefits Information

Actual starting pay is determined by experience, location and other factors.

Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
