Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you will provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience.
You are the face of our company, passionate about our products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty.
You represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.
Responsibilities
You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
You passionately communicate AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit guests’ needs.
You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
You are flexible and can adapt to work in the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, prioritizing guests’ experience.
You collaborate with your team, always willing to assist in getting the job done.
You act with integrity, doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
You love interacting with people and enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
You love AE and Aerie products and have prior retail experience.
You are at least 16 years of age.
