Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud – up to 160K – Plano, TX – 5 days onsite
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud to lead the technical delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives within the financial services domain. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, providing the opportunity to make an immediate impact on high‑priority projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Drive hands‑on development using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and integrations.
Lead Salesforce integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, and web services.
Execute and guide technical debt remediation initiatives.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum
ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
Experience & Skills:
12–18 years
in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
Extensive experience in
Salesforce Service Cloud
and
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture,
data model ,
security model , and
multi-org environments .
Hands‑on experience with
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, Flow/Process Builder, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers.
Experience with
Salesforce integrations , middleware platforms, and
API management .
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary/Package:
120,000 – 160,000/year.
